  • Looked at 4 potential implementation scenarios for the pilot. (ECW DA, Workshops, Team, Conference Call 300) Metrics - Usage, Survey, Interviews. Comparing a wiki-based workshop to a similar workshop pre-implementation.
  • Information Overload
  • Pilot may reveal hidden/unforseen benfits that may or may not be specific to how we designed/sold/implemented the concept.

  • Saturday & Thursday Lit review.
  • Tidy-Up Introduction.
  • Get Defined roadmap for Pilot.
