In order to truly examine the acceptance of Wiki as an enterprise collaboration portal, I need to interview and capture responses from many individuals.

Up-to now, I have mostly been dealing with individuals with the power to make decisions on whether wiki adoption is a good idea. I think that interviews will be the best way to capture their opinion on the adoption of the portal.

The most important participants in my dissertation in terms of data collection will be the "knowledge workers" who will actually have to use the system. I think that a survey will suit this process as I will be able to compare their responses across a number of categories.
